Your choice of three hand-rolled enchiladas. With refried beans and Mexican rice or Papas con Chile. Enchilada choices include: cheese, seasoned ground beef, shredded chicken, or avocado with chile con carne sauce, sour cream sauce, ranchera sauce, or chile con queso.

Chicken Fajita Chimichanga

Fire-grilled chicken, Anaheim chile, blended cheeses, lightly fried flour tortilla, sour cream, guacamole, and your choice of chile con queso or ranchera sauce.
