Slow-roasted pork shoulder paired with sautéed vegetables, white bean puree, and creole tomato salad

Arroz con Pollo

Hearty seasoned chicken drum and thigh over rice with bell peppers, carrots, onion, garlic, and other spices

El Cubano

Roasted pork, sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on pressed Cuban bread

Filete de Pargo

Grilled red snapper fillet, served with roasted potatoes and sauteed vegetables

Ropa Vieja

A true Cuban classic - Tender shredded beef cooked in a tomato-based sauce with garlic, bell peppers, onions, bay leaves and spices.
