Shaking Surf & Turf

Cubed filet mignon and shrimp sautéed in a wok with onions and topped with our house shaking sauce. Choice of specialty(steamed rice & kale salad), vermicelli bowl, kale salad, or fried rice.

Spicy Shrimp & Crawfish Fried Rice

Shrimp and Crawfish spiced up with our house ghost pepper chili oil on a bed of garlic fried rice with eggs, onions, cabbage and carrots.

Salmon With Crawfish Sauce

Grilled Salmon topped with a Cognac Reduction and crawfish sauce served on a bed of steamed rice with a side of kale salad.

Grilled lemongrass marinated Pork on top of Vermicelli, lettuce, mint, cucumbers, pickled vegetables, crushed peanuts, sauteed green onion, and fish sauce.
