Smoked Sausage

Our jalapeno smoked sausage is crafted with choice cuts of beef and pork and smoked in-house infusing it with a smokiness that pairs perfectly with the heat of the jalapenos. Served with Zane's Original Texas Style BBQ Sauce for dipping. A great pre-meal appetizer!

Second Course

Texas Reuben
