Exotic spicy lime broth, lemongrass, mushrooms, garnished with cilantro. Choice of Shrimp, Chicken or Fried Tofu.

Oriental Garden Soup

Assorted vegetables and silver noodles in clear broth. Topped with fried garlic and cilantro. Choice of Shrimp, Chicken or Fried Tofu.

Second Course

Garlic Fish Fillet

Fried fish fillets topped with mushrooms in garlic and black pepper sauce served over fresh cabbages, garnished with cilantro. SERVED WITH STEAMED JASMINE RICE.

TIGER CRY

Sliced charbroiled beef served with lime sauce. Served with small egg fried rice and steamed vegetables

Sizzling Beef

Marinated beef, spinach and cashew nuts on hot sizzling plate topped with peanut sauce, served with cucumber sauce. (Not available for other protein substitute). SERVED WITH STEAMED JASMINE RICE.

Roasted Duck Curry

Roasted duck prepared with red curry paste, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, tomatoes and basil (Not available for other protein substitute). SERVED WITH STEAMED JASMINE RICE.
